PETLIBRO · Scout Smart Camera
An indoor camera with live viewing and a separate paid layer for recordings and activity summaries.
Manufacturer documentation
How it works
Scout offers pan-and-tilt viewing and pet recognition. Its UK plan table separates live viewing from stored video, behaviour tracking and summaries; it does not support SD cards.
For owners
Living with Scout Smart Camera
Similar-looking pets can be difficult to distinguish. Price the required service for each camera rather than assuming one plan covers the household.

Explaining it to a customer
Show the free experience as well as the paid demonstration. Be precise about recording history and recurring charges.
Regional context
UK manufacturer listing and plan table reviewed. Offers and plan terms can change.
What still needs checking
The page’s broad “AI requires a subscription” note does not fully match its free-tier recognition row. Confirm recognition entitlement rather than promising all AI is free or all AI is paid.
