Privacy and site storage

How browsing, hosting and reader enquiries are handled.

Frankow LTD is responsible for this publication and the personal information it receives through reader enquiries.

Browsing and tools

The site does not install advertising trackers. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only after you allow it. Directory searches and the cost planner run in your browser without sending their inputs to us or storing them. Category and feature filters can appear in the page address. Product images and graphics are served with the site, without third-party embeds.

Hosting

Hostinger supplies website hosting and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. See Hostinger’s privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not include sensitive information unnecessary to the enquiry. We retain correspondence only while needed for the enquiry, follow-up and applicable recordkeeping, rather than setting an indefinite marketing purpose.

Optional analytics and your choice

With your permission, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and page performance. Cloudflare says it does not use analytics cookies or fingerprint visitors, and does not log URL query strings. Requests are processed by Cloudflare; see its privacy policy and Web Analytics explanation.

We store your allow or decline choice in this browser’s local storage for approximately six months. You can change it using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining leaves the website and its tools fully usable; withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics code. There is no Google Analytics or newsletter signup on this site.

Manufacturer and other external sites have their own privacy practices. Following a source link takes you to that site.
