Filterless describes a design choice. It does not tell you that every component lasts forever or that the water path stays clean without attention.

Fill, drain, wash and replace: four recurring fountain jobs.

Follow the water

EverSweet Ultra uses separate clean and used-water tanks, with drainage from the tray. Its SpringFlow mode can circulate water in the tray. That is a more useful description than assuming water never circulates anywhere.

List four recurring jobs

Refill the supply, empty used water, wash the contact surfaces and replace the components specified by the manufacturer. PETKIT’s Cube C requirement is a reminder that “filterless” and “no consumables” are different claims.

Keep observation separate from care

A camera record may help you notice a changed routine, but it is incomplete evidence. Camera coverage, pet identification and app access determine what is recorded. A device-generated alert is not a clinical conclusion.
